made with lots of friends.
It’s here, called http://privatehealthscreen.org/ and we hope you find it useful. Please pass it on, I hope practice websites might find a place for it, we hope it’s a resource to add to, and we would love to include anyone who shares our concerns – send me photos and words.
There was a blog in the guardian to launch it, here.
I am locum GP in New Zealand – an enormous hurrraaaaah to you guys for getting this website going – fan bloody fantastic.
Well done on getting this website going. I have just finished reading Gerd Gigerenzer’s ‘Reckoning with risk.’ I think it should be part of the medical curriculum!
I am interested in CANTABmobile. It is being widely marketed as a cognitive screening test for GP surgeries. I can appreciate a number of benefits and the FAQ on the website is helpful (http://www.cantabmobile.com/) but I am concerned that only benefits are mentioned by the company
Furthermore I doubt that GP’s, or patients will understand the difference between MCI and Alzheimer’s disease. I have more concerns than this. I have written to the company to ask some simple questions.
